These are my favorite D3's because they're in coconut oil. There's no odd smell. They're small/easy to swallow, and living in Alaska, my husband and I need 10K i.u.'s a day so the dosage is right. We believe that our health is better when we're getting plenty of D3 to balance out the lack of sunlight exposure (particularly in the winter months). I've purchased this item from this company several times and I've never been disappointed with the product.

Nice small size and the gel makes it very easy to swallow. With recommendations to take D3 with a K2 ingredient definitely a good thing to add to my daily routine for immune system support. Color is pale yellow and makes it easier to find when I drop them.

10/10 product! I love these. These do not upset my stomach or cause diarrhea for me. I know others personally who do take it and it doesn’t do that for them but does keep them regular daily and causes a bowel movement within a few hours of taking it. They are super effective and my doctor was super happy with my lab results while being on this. The dose is perfect for someone who’s vitamin d is pretty low! I will definitely keep buying these for life! I recommend them to literally every single person I know!

I spent an awful year suffering with leg and foot pain. little did I know such a small pill could make me feel like myself again. After two weeks my pain started going away. I only started taking vit D because my blood levels were at 26. My mood was greatly improved as well.

My doctor said I need to take vitamin D (I’m 56) and I never could find one that I liked or remembered to take. These are so tiny and I love the bag they come in.
