So far, I’ve been impressed by the consumption experience of these handy creatine sachets but obviously cannot comment on any longer term health benefits at this early stage, as I’ve only just started to take it.I’ve read from the product listing and comments from others that the brand is well known for the quality of their ingredients and the lack of any additives to the supplement, which are present in a lot of other similar products and can include all sorts of other things that you might not want to put into your body (added sweeteners, flavourings etc.). It’s comforting to know that I can trust that there isn’t anything untowards added to the ingredients list without me being aware.The sachets are super convenient and easy to open/pour. The powder mixes well with water/squash and doesn’t add that much of a noticeable chalky texture to the drink (which I’ve found in other creatine products) - there is very little residue left behind after drinking. There is no taste to speak of, and in all the drink slips down nicely. I'm pretty happy so far and I look forward to experiencing the purported health benefits.

We wanted to try this as it’s been a while since we’ve used any and it’s all in separate packs. We’ve found that these mix really well and only leave trace amount at the bottom of your glass.There’s no real rate to speak of but if they are added to something with flavour then you won’t notice it. The texture is pretty much the same.This brand claims to be quite pure and keep out additives. So far I can’t tell the difference but it’s good to know at least. And we do feel these work well. I’ve noticed an improvements in my workouts.For the cost these are slightly more than others but they are separated and a “clean” product, which some people might want to pay more for. We’re happy with them.
