If every customer start digging into policies then Amazon might stop working in India. There is a deliver review and it goes to deliver agents Amazon has nothing to do with it. You have to call about a missing item it's just not next to the item you need to learn using the tool so well to reach that option. If you don't know then you are not ift to use it as thus is exactly what the customer service agent says when you call them. How pathetic..
