All i can say is WOW. I am amazed at how well this creatine mixes in with water and easy it is to put down. I am taking the recommended dosage every morning, prior to exercise and it appears to be good.The powder dissolves in a glass of water and it is more or less tasteless, which is good. It does not upset my stomach and, in fact, it does not visibly affect me in any way once I am taking it, which is a good thing.As far as being effective... who knows? It probably is but, for as long as it doesn't harm, I like it because it adds a number of needed minerals prior to exercise and it doesn't cost an arm and a leg.
