This is an excellent alternative to traditional iron pills. The taste is pleasant and it doesn’t leave a weird film or aftertaste in my mouth. If possible, I would remove half a star solely due to the fact that it doesn’t come with a measuring cup or syringe to measure the product with and as we all know, overconsumption of iron can lead to issues. Overall, a great product that I will purchase again.

It works. No side effects. However... if you could bottle up the spit from Flick in A Christmas Story, it's this. It tastes like licking a metal pole.
