Works perfect around the Christmas tree

The media could not be loaded. I’m always too busy to leave reviews but even though delayed I felt this toy train really deserves one, so I’m making time to write it. My 1.5 yr old grandson is obsessed with trains. We had a very expensive train around our Christmas tree and he wanted to play with it but we put it away and ordered this train as a replacement. My initial thought was for the price it would be broken in a week. Well here it is 5 months later and good as new. He has given this train quite a beating as he carries it everywhere, drops it on the floor etc etc. But it still works as normal. It is the cutest thing that actually has real train sound, light up headlight and smokes upon start. I can’t believe it still goes around the track fine after all the abuse it has taken and even better is he can take it outside and the engine will drive around on the pavement without needing the track. Occasionally because of his roughness the wheels will fall off but they have always snapped right back on. I have been bragging about how this train has been indestructible for all the abuse it has taken and what a bargain! I would give it 100 stars!! Best purchase ever for our little guy. He absolutely loves it.

I don’t use the steam option because that wasn’t really important to me. The item is a good quality and suited my need without breaking the bank! Works well and my 3 year old loved it!

Worked for a few days and then stopped moving. When I turn it on it smells like burning plastic and the batteries get pretty warm. Would not buy again
