Bought this to replace a less expensive machine. The old machine failed in under 6 months, and was finicky. This machine feels very well built. Its simple to use, and yet highly functional. I don't have to worry about breaking anything on it! It heats quickly, does what it is supposed to do, and has a very well written manual (including instructions on customizing the brew timings and such!).

Excellent machine, especially for beginners, and a great value. I've been using mine every day for a few months and it's my new best friend. It's ready to brew a few seconds after you turn it on, and it pulls excellent tasting espresso. The steam wand works well too. I've had a great time learning how to customize my shots. I would highly recommend you also purchase a good grinder, bottomless portafilter, and scale.

I used to be a barista. I am used to working in machines that cost over $3,000.I missed making myself espresso in the mornings, but I didn’t need this extra large, extra expensive machine that I didn’t have room for.I can tell you what matters most isn’t the machine, it’s the beans and your method of grinding, tamping and brewing. Good quality beans get you that thick creama.So, I bought this machine. The price was incredibly reasonable given you are getting a steam wand, a porta filter, and you can customize the shot temp and timing.So you can do MOST things the commercial machines can EXCEPT, it doesn’t have a dual water chamber. So you can’t brew and froth at the same time. But you’re not going to get that on most of the stuff you can find in home unless you pay top dollar.My only real complaint is just the noise. Mine can be a bit loud and the pitch of the steam want can make my ears ring.But all in all, it’s a great beginner machine, budget friendly, pretty good quality, comes with most things you’ll need to start. I’ll definitely be looking out for more CASABREWS products.

This replaced my Delonghi coffee which finally broke. I was a bit reluctant to spend a lot of money on a replacement so I decided to go with this one. So glad I did as it makes great coffee . You get a crema when using it and you can adjust the temperature and volume. It also includes both single walk and dual wall filters. Easy to use and doesn’t leak

This machine is great for beginners. The steam function is a little tricky to figure out in real time but still works great. Espresso pulls nicely

As a former barista, cafe manager and late art trainer of about 12 years, I missed being able to make a cortado for myself at a whim. After careful consideration and a bit of hesitation, im glad I went ahead and went for the Ultra. I'm very impressed with this lil spro mac. It's no Strada, but it does its job very well, especially considering the price point. I honestly don't think you could possibly get a better bang for your buck. I love how my whole house smells like a specialty coffee shop every morning. Im happy to spoil my husband with iced mochas without the exorbitant cafe prices. This comes with lots of great accessories, but I would suggest upgrading the plastic tamper it comes with. The only gripe I can think of is that this model cannot steam milk and pull shots at the same time. I'm not making a 100+ drinks a day for under-caffinated masses anymore so it's a small compromise for the amazing value. This machine looks great, doesnt take up much counter space and is relatively quiet. Whether you're a newbie who is eager to learn, or an old head this machine is awesome.

The media could not be loaded. This machine pulls fantastic shots of espresso and I love the flexibility of the shot temperature. It really changes how your espresso comes out. Steam wand is very powerful and can spin a jug of milk easily and produces great micro foam. Very happy with this and it also looks great. Lots of features you don’t normally find on a machine in this price range. Very easy to clean and fill with water. Get their naked portafilter to go with it, you’ll be happy you did. It works as great as it looks!
