The product arrived with the plastic casing warped. I thought about sending it back but was in a rush to get some work completed. It works well and is quick. But there's an inherent design fault.

Doesn't laminate and takes about 1 minute per failed lamination. Waste of money.
Not fit for purpose. Even if it did laminate as its supposed to, you could take a nap between each sheet doing through....
