Bought this for the turmeric component and inflammation. If you’re addicted to sugar it’s not gonna satisfy your hot chocolate craving. I was dealing with some pretty intense inflammation and was trying something to help on the more natural side.Product mixes well with a frothier. I’ve tried it with just hot water, hot almond milk, mixed in fruit/green smoothies, and hot coconut milk. By far the best result is some nice hot/warm coconut milk to sooth the soul. It is earthy, but the coconut milk gets it just right.The inflammation seems to be helped with it, this was only one variable of several adjustments I made. At least now I feel that it keeps its promise and I’ve interjected it to my daily routine if that tells you anything.

I love drinking golden milk tea before bed. My wife recommended this tea brand, so I had to try it. I was surprised it was so delicious and high-quality. She definitely loves this brand, as she has other varieties of their teas, and all of them are delicious!

As directed, I added 1 tsp. (scoop) to a cup of hot almond milk. It was far too weak, so I added another scoop. It tasted nice, but my last couple of sips were a thick residue of undissolved powder. Might work better adding it to a smoothie.Also, it says 50 servings per pouch, but the directions say to add 1-2 tsp. (scoops) to preferred beverage. So, I guess I will get 25 servings. Not worth it.

I’ve had troubles sleeping for years. I will literally fall asleep as I’m drinking this and be knocked out for a solid 8 hours of sleep!! No side effects, no morning grogginess, nothing. Just deep sleep. AMAZING PRODUCT!!

Has somewhat of an artificial taste in my opinion. I have had other golden milks that were a lot better. I don't think I will be buying this again despite the fact that it has all the nice adaptogens led me to purchase it. A little pricey too!

I want more!

You can’t taste anything but pepper. We had tried it with milk, honey, lots of water.. impossible to drink and enjoy. Also, it doesn’t dissolve well. Most of the product is left at the bottom of the cup.Can’t return it. Goes to trash:(P.S. I do love their hot chocolate with melatonin. It tastes great.

Since using this powder (usually mixed with coconut milk or over my acai bowl) I have definitely noticed an increased sleep quality and decreased anxiety moods. I personally love that it’s spicy, as the most powerful taste is turmeric & ginger. I will buy again when I run out for sure!
