Good ping pong paddle for the money
I play ping pong two or three days a week at the local rec center, and having may own paddle helps my game. The Penn paddle is well designed and very attractive to look at. It helps me play better, particularly in adding spin to my shots. The paddle has a good heft to it, and works just fine for someone at my very amateur -- but competitive -- skill level.

Superior
Best paddles we've ever used. Penn seems to take quality control seriously as manufacturing code/build date is stamped on handle base, and materials appear superior to Stiga and other brands we've used. Most important, the Penn paddles have superior play characteristics, i.e., rebound, precise control, paddle surface adhesion to obtain ball spin. Maybe not what an Olympian athlete would use, but definitely a cut above other affordable, amateur gear.

It’s good but now I’m losing more.
The paddle itself looks and feels awesome. Unfortunately this odd occurrence has recently increased the last few days and I don’t know how to stop it. When I play matches against the boys, I’m getting absolutely smoked and it’s driving me crazy. I’m clearly better than these clowns so it’s obviously not a skill issue…so naturally I’ve concluded that it must be the paddle itself and its lack of determination to get the job done. If these L’s keep piling up I may resort to using the paddle as fire wood. I’ll keep everyone posted about the fate of my new paddle.

great quality
My husband and son are hard on ping pong paddles and this one has held up great! I'm sure we will buy more in the future.

Not bad but not professional.
Its not a professional paddle.Ball does not bounce as expected from a professional paddle like butterfly or other better ones.Yet good to have for beginners or timepass play
