No it came in a plastic case that we threw away

I work in industrial maintenance are these stiff enough not to flex under heavy prying? Will they hold up or do I need to buy the Dominators?

I have only used a handful of times they seem good. If your going to use every day and pry on heavy stuff you may want the heavier duty one.

Do the metal bars go all the way to the metal caps or seperated?

You know, i havent broken them yet so i cant give you an honest answer, their not really ideal for heavy duty use as they flex quit a bit but they seem sturdy enough to some extent if youre going to use it for cars / trucks, i dont see good things happening from using them on heavy equipment / tractor trailers
