Outstanding customer service! I couldn’t remove a screw on the glass holder. Contacted customer service and a replacement was on its way. The table top fire pit puts off great heat for a little unit .

The media could not be loaded. Very well built and looks more expensive than what it is. Adding fire glass is suggested. Also a good heat source for those cooler nights outdoors.

Misleading description/broken unit
Gave as a gift. Not truly a tabletop piece, need a table with a cutout for a propane hose. Very misleading. Additionally gift recipients tried to use anyway, but the on switch was stuck and wouldn't turn on even with calls to the seller for assistance. Feel horrible as this was a gift. Returning.
