Ok, good product. Nicely packaged. VERY expensive!!! Four what you pay for 4 pounds you could buy organic in your local store and get 16 pounds instead of the 4 pounds.Other than feeling good to support a small farmer one time, not something I would repeat.

You can be discerning about barley..

Not all pearls are created equal. Le Sigh.Anyway.Great product. If you want, well, barley, as a pearl this product is a larger kernel than competitors. Mouth feel and weird food words. I'm making it my recurring purchase. Recommend.
