I was a little sceptical at first, as they took a couple of nights to get used to, but wow when I did they completely drowned out the noise of my snoring husband. I now get 8 hours of undisturbed sleep.Sometimes you can hear your heart beat when you first put them in.

With ear plugs, it is important to remember that any review is subjective. I say that because if I had taken heed of the negative reviews of these selfies ear plugs, I wouldn’t have taken a chance of them. Now I have tried many ear plugs, from, to unbranded, to foam and many variations of the alpine brand.When I say these reviews are subject you need to remember that reviews of ear plugs are VERY much down to personal preferences and different ear types. For example it wasn’t until I tried many many different ear plugs that I even know that my left ear canal is much smaller and narrower than the right. To the point that in the left, I struggle to fit even small ear plugs comfortably.Some of the negative reviews of these Apline sleep Deep had out me off, but I was at the point I was tired of my left ear canal throbbing after a few days. So for the sake of £13 I eventually caved and decided my peace and quiet was worth a punt for that price.I’M REALLY GLAD I DID.most other ear plugs I had tried, including other Alpine ones either fell out, didn’t cut enough noise out and fell out midway through the night.These SLEEP DEEP ones, in size small for my left ear and medium for the right, cut out so much more noise I was amazed. They claim on the lack they cut out up to 27db. They certainly cut the most noise out of any other earplug I’ve tried. (I’ve tried multiple Loop variations, foam ones, silicone ones and other Alpine ones).Most important they didn’t hurt my left ear canal after use AND what’s more they didn’t fall out overnight like ALL other ear plugs I tried.So in summary:Excellent noise reduction. - but bear in mind everyone’s ear canal, is different and so they may not fit you the same as they did meThe small is great for people with tiny ear canalsComfortable and did not hurt my ears during or after use.Worked very well for me as a side sleeperDon’t fall out over night.My ONLY niggle, which is why I only gave four stars, is that they’re marketed with a 100 night use. Time will tell if they last longer.But I throughly recommend these.

There are several things wrong with this ear plugs starting from Design > Durability > PriceDesignDual ear rings is not sufficient rather poor design to isolate sound noises and its also major problem of this ear plug if your inner ear rings plastic are not within the your ear canals then this ear plug won't isolate and reduce any sound noisesTo have max noise reduction you need both ear rings to be inside your ear canals to effectively reduce any noises which essentially hurts your ear when you're sleepingI had ear discharge due to this design related reason and I will be returning this poor ear plugs not worth the hassle and experienceFor sensitive noise sleepers try ear plugs with more than 2 ear ringsSuggestion triple ear rings is required to sufficiently reduce the noise problem also found in cheaper new knock off ear plugs how come with all the years of sleep ear plugs research never came to find to this conclusionNoise reducing gel is definitely comfortable while sleeping sideways however that comfort all goes away when all of the ear rings are required to be inside your ear canals to reduce max noise as possibleNext problem is Durability of these ear plugs within a week of usage my sweat has managed to weaken the effectiveness or strength of noise reducing gel to lower value and has become much softer over long duration of use that goes for the silicone ear rings too and rewashing these under warm water 25-30C will degrade it even further thus warm water below these temp should slow down the degradation of durability and that's why 100x reuse number should be taken with grain of salt and effectively or realistically its 10% of the actual advertised value 10x is the most realistic out of my usage and experienceNext one is the price of these ear plugsEconomics of these ear plugs don't make any sense when considering the design quality and durability of these ear plugsWhy buy this 1x "re-usable"("word" is doubt) ear plug when its much cheaper to buy throaway ear plugs which does much better job and much cheaper than buying 1x poor quality "re-usable" ear plugsI bought this ear plugs thinking it was and will be going to be good reusable ear plugs so I don't have to need to purchase throw away earplugs to trash the environment with more of my consumption but sadly that's not the case in reality due to reasons above

Very good earplugs they do the job .easy to put in your ears .and you can sleep on your side with them in .very happy.

Not the worst product but unfortunately it doesn't help eliminate the noise I hoped it will help me with. It's a constant buzzing/humming of a gadget in my bedroom from my upstairs neighbour which disturb my sleep.... it is okay to eliminate other types of noise like traffic, noisy neighbours etc.

Arrived quickly, great instructions, comfortable and were good at blocking out a lot of the noise. Handy carry case too, and didn’t fall out. Recommended!

I've been using these for over a year (not the same pair!) and they do a decent job when compared to the malleable wax plugs I used previously. They can be a bit fidly to get fitted comfortably, but do block out nearly all noise once in the ear. The design is good, and the little "pull tabs" ensure there is no risk of them getting stuck in your ear which is a risk with wax or foam plugs.

I was getting tired of buying the disposable foam earplugs to sleep in at night so thought I'd try these. The small are too small for me, going far to deep in the ear, causing discomfort and not really blocking any sound.The medium fit well and are very comfortable, even for side sleeping. However, they don't really block the sound or snoring or a siren passing by at night. Just dampen the sound. So good for a concert where you want to hear the music but not leave with ringing ears, but useless for a quiet night sleep.
