TisserandAromatherapy Mind Clear Roller Ball Essential Oil, 10 ml

I purchased this after years of daily headaches. I had tried every tablet I could from my GP, seen a neurologist, some made me groggy, some did not work and others I got use to them. I only took the required dose but hated the fact I was on medication. I decided to try something more herbal and loved the reviews on this this product. I was sceptical I will be honest, anyway it arrived and certainly well packaged and fits through the letterbox! Bonus for when you are out.My job is quite demanding at times, computer work and long shift work doesn’t help, said little bottle came to work with me! As soon as I had the “feeling” I was going to get one of my headaches I popped it on my pulse points on my wrist and my temples and forgot about it. No headache! Now I still wasn’t convinced until 4 days in and more or less headache free and only take my medication in the morning is a huge difference (I have Arthritis) to my lifestyle. I have even got work colleagues buying it as they have had a little try of mine and love it. If I feel my headache isn’t going to go I will waft it under my nose and it’s gone, no headache!I am sleeping better as I will fall asleep smelling my wrist so no headache and no waking at 3am with a bad head (this has been regular for years). This product may not be for everyone I appreciate that but for £3.75 it has completely changed my life!

I sent the first one back, as it clearly looked like it had been opened and smelt of peppermint oil. As I didn't think this was at all right (asked previous customers what it should smell like as I've not used Myrrh before) I sent back and received another one. This one smelt completely different (personally I think someone had used it and refilled it with peppermint oil!). Anyway I haven't dropped a star because I feel its not Tisserand's fault in this instance as it was sent out via Amazon. And Amazon sent me a new one the very next day (even before I'd had chance to return the old one). I have only used this so far in my sonic defuser and it smells lovely. It's difficult to describe the smell, its sort of sweet and earthy and almost a faint hint of aniseed. The smell is actually lovely and not at all what I expected. I love the fact that its wild-crafted as well, as I'll only buy organic or wild-crafted, and you can't get Myrrh in organic, so wild-crafted is the next best thing. I intend to add some when i next make some face serum and body butter as its supposedly a good anti-oxidant. Its also a good healing product for skin and minor cuts. Anyway as I'm writing this I'm going to put some in my diffuser now and reap the benefits of it. To sum up I'd definitely buy again but I do wonder why Tisserands oils are all 9ml (as opposed to 10ml) which seems a really odd amount!

Perhaps I have been missing the point where using it will stop a headache taking hold or perhaps they are just resistant. However, I do feel that usage helps de-stress me. I have extremely sensitive skin and chemical intolerances but have had no adverse reactions to this. Have bought one for a friend too.

I carry this in my bag and when things are getting too much at work I take five, put a little on my wrists and temples and have a moment to focus. The scent is amazing and helps me to relax

Not smelt a hint of lemon but the mint for sure is there. Refreshing but not over powering at all, actually quite a subtle scent. Yes the mint gives it a hit but nothing too strong.Lovely and refreshing for when feeling a muggy head coming on and not wanting to take painkillers. Feels nice rubbing it on your temples if your head is hurting as feels like a massage when rolling it on the painful area.Just the thing for keeping in your handbag for using when out and about plus insects do not tend to like it that much either as noticed not as many bites when using this at all when out in garden.

I find this product ok but i literally can only smell peppermint its not horrible just reminds me of a packet of polos. I prefer when their is a good mix of relaxing essential oils when using on the skin. The scent fades pretty quickly as well once applied which is a shame. For the money i think they are not too bad and I will definitely try a different fragrance.

Ought as a gift. Do not know what scent is like or if you it works

The bottle did not have a security seal which I find odd for an essential oil. After opening I could not smell anything. I've shaken the bottle and there was a very faint smell. This essential oil should be very potent, so I though briefly that maybe I've fallen ill and lost my sense of smell. Took essential oil from another company, took a deep breath to be sure and I almost passed out because this time round the smell was so strong. The smell of the Tisserand brand product is of a right kind of smell so I suspect this is indeed Myrrh, just very very vert faint - it is either very old and they need to shift the old stock or they are selling some very diluted version.
