Did not like plastic ratchet knob. Should be all metal on tools of this quality .

Beautiful product
This is the Mercedes’ of measuring devices. Needed a tiny adjustment to get it to 0 properly. It’s pretty repeatable but you need to use uniform force when taking readings to get good repeatability. It however is made to such high quality it feels beautiful in the hand and is really easy to read

Nothing much to say, I’ve used Mitutoyo micrometers for years. It comes with an accuracy certificate, (if that is important to you?). They are quality mic’s. Quality product.

What can I say, just engineering excellence! Mitutoyo make some of the best test instruments around & i'm lucky enough to have a few of them.If you want an old school micrometer then you can't go wrong with this one.

Lovely piece of engineering, will last a lifetime
Great quality as you would expect from Mitutoyo. Buy well and buy once. Lovely mechanical design, will see years of reliable service. Not digital but it'll always work and never need new batteries.
