Good Pumpkin Seed oil
It's hard to find a good Pumpkin seed oil. I'm happy with this oil, the color and smell of the oil is the real deal. Works well!

Excellent!
I just recently read the benefits of pumpkin oil so decided to try. I'm obsessed with it! I drizzle on my salads and no longer use dressing. Wonderful nutty flavor. I will keep repurchasing.

Great taste, good quality, improved overall health.
I have consecutively bought at 5 or 6 bottles of this product, take daily dose in food, dressing, or as a supplement; and it does help and showed some signs on overall health improvement. I liked the taste of it!

Light nutty flavor, interesting optical properties
I bought two popular types of pumpkin seed oil from Amazon for comparison: Pödör Premium Styrian oil (sold in a glass bottle); and La Tourangelle “toasted” oil (sold in a steel can). I bought these oils mostly to compare their optical properties, not necessarily for cooking.Taste: The Pödör oil had a light nutty taste, similar to peanut or cashew. The La Tourangelle oil also had a nutty flavor, but with a bold roasted taste that was slightly bitter, perhaps like burnt popcorn. Personally, I preferred the flavor of the Pödör oil, but not sure that it's worth the extra price.Color: In ordinary white light, the Pödör oil was dark green in color with relatively little red/brown dichromatism. The La Tourangelle oil was more olive-green in color with stronger reddish/brown dichromatism.Fluorescence: Both brands of oil fluoresced bright red color under 400nm UV black light. The color of the Pödör oil was brighter and slightly more pink. The La Tourangelle oil was slightly more orange-red in color.

A revelation from a long-time olive oil aficionado
We recently traveled to Ljubljana, Slovenia, and were eating at a restaurant in the Old Town. We made friends with the waiter, and he brought out a bottle of pumpkin seed oil like he was bringing us a gift. And he was! We have tried olive oils from all over the world, but had never tried pumpkin seed oil. It was delicious! We must have sopped up half a bottle with the wonderful seedy bread the restaurant served. First thing I did when we got home was try to find some of the oil and, of course, Amazon had it. We ordered a bottle for us to try and it was just as we remembered, so we ordered another bottle right away for our traveling companions, who also fell in love with it on the trip. It is pricey, but a nice treat.
