How is it attached to the ground?

It uses heavy duty tape. A lot of people are surprised at how well it holds to the ground, but it really holds well.

If the ball hits the line does the ball skid or bounce differently than hitting the ground?

Most people don't notice any real difference between when the ball hits a line and when it hits some other part of the court. The sound it makes when it hits the line is slightly different, so you can usually tell when the ball hits a line.

Could this be used on a Har-Tru court, where it couldn't be taped down?

I don't think so. The Cortable court markers do need to be taped down to work.

Is this meant to be semi permanent on or just something you use for a couple of hours and then remove and put back down again? Limit on it's use?

The court is intended for temporary use. It can be set up and taken down quickly. It should be installed on a flat surface, such as a basketball court, tennis court, parking lot, or street, that is large enough to accommodate a full size pickleball court. The surface should be flat enough for the material to lay flat against the ground when pulled tight.
