My husband really likes these. They aren’t super dense or rigid, so I don’t know how long they’ll last. But he definitely felt some relief after using them. 100% worth the money!

These have worked great for relieving the pain in my son’s heel. He puts them in his cleats and has found that they help a ton!

This product was no good. End up throwing out. Do not recommend. Go with dr scholls 3/4 inserts for heel/arch support. Much much better buy.
