Is this definitely 40 x 20 x 25cm? One of the photos shows it in a bag sizer that's 55 x 40 x 20cm!

Yes it is. The sizer is a Ryanair sizer where they have two gauges the one on the top for free bags 40x20x25 and the one on the bottom is for Priority customers who have paid to take a 55x40x20cm bag. We design and test all our bags in luggage gauges so we know they fit and get the maximum packing capacity allowed.

Have 2 of these, but have read the martin money tips article saying that some 'ryanair approved' bags are not & charges are being made. any advice?

Went to Budapest and back in Ryanair in October 2019 - no problems. Out of interest I stuck it in their bag-measuring device and it fit.

What is the weight of the bag when empty?
