Is this strap good for tfcc injury support?

I play a lot of tennis and pickleball and the straps gives me a lot of support. I also wear them at the gym when working out with weights. Jim

I play tennis, I have ulnar shortening with a metal plate and they also remover the pisiform bone. It helps with the wrist stabilization and pain.

My wrist is 6.5", but the compression band was too tight on the s/m . Would the band be too loose on the larger size? I want gentle support.
