Nicely build, good quality product. It totally worth it instead of paying expensive visits to the doctor.I had some questions and then a slight problem and I was amazed at how fast and kind was the customer service. They replied to me on numerous occasions within hours, sometimes even on a Sunday.This really inspired confidence because I was a bit skeptical at first.For this reason only I would buy again any products from this company again. I strongly recommend!

This machine preforms much better than I expected... Compared to others that cost $1,000 more this one is competitive...Also customer service is quick to respond and resolve any concerns....

I bought a $1,498 (before tax) Kalecope Schock wave ESWT. Three weeks after receiving the item my wife opened the device on Christmas Day, which did not work. Amazon would not take the device back and insisted that I file a claim with Asurion, for which I purchased a 3 year insurance policy threw. I ended up mailing the device to Asurion and they only reimbursed me for the pre-tax cost $1,498 of the item. So in the end, I end up loosing $70.59 on the tax that Amazon charged me plus $136.71 on the 3 year warranty. This means that I loose a total of $206.71 and don't have a working device.
