Willow bark is definitely not ibuprofen. With that said, I try to keep this in my system since I stay in the gym & I’m officially in the 50 and over club. Knowing Willow Bark does not act as fast as the chemicals, I’m using it regularly. The liquid form is not tasty so the pill form is my go to. I’m satisfied with this product and recommend it.

I don't usually go for "supplements" because, well, I think most of the industry is full of snake oil. That being said, I've been dealing with some pretty significant hip pain for the past few months. I saw an orthopedist who recommended that I get some cortisone injections and start taking ibuprofen. Literally, just out of a morbid curiosity, I decided to try these "all natural supplements" only because I didn't want to deal with setting up regularly occurring injections. I decided to start taking these for a week just to prove that there was no point to them.I'm three weeks in, and I honestly don't know what else to say besides, "This stuff actually works!"Now, to be fair, I don't know if it'll be working three months from now. And there are some days where I still have just the slightest amount of pain if I'm sitting for too long. But the fact that my pain level has gone from a consistent 5-6 to a consistent 1-2, and the only thing that I changed is that I started taking these pills, is causing me to become an actual believer.No, I won't start wearing some kind of elastic band with magnets to "settle my chi." Nor will I consider giving up drinking soda for herbal green tea that's grown with plants that never cast a shadow..... But I will say that if you're dealing with pain and you want to deal with far less pain, try these out. You really don't have anything to lose, and you have a lot to gain!

Recommended dosage on bottle, is to take 2 capsules with a meal. I did Google safe & effective dosage which is 240mg daily, but these are 1500mg. There's no way for me to even cut dose in half, plus I didnt get any relief of my arthritis. Maybe another brand might be more effective.

Always looking for a more natural alternative to the chemically overloaded products out there and this is amazing. Have recommended it several times. Haven't used Tylenol or Advil in over a year. Have also ordered and used the white willow bark in lotion form. Will definitely purchase again.
