Cycle was good but front tyre bolt not get with cycle, i bought that bolt from shop thats only a fault, but cycle is very excellent quality product for this price ☺️ Its awesome 🤍

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ (4/5)I purchased this cycle on 14th August. The cycle itself is very good — smooth and super to ride. I am happy with the product quality.But the assembly/installation experience was disappointing. At first, I was told the product would be delivered on 17th August and installation on 18th August (Monday). But actually, the cycle arrived earlier on 14th August, while installation was kept for 17th August. I even requested if the assembly person could come earlier, but they told me I had to wait. Later, the installation date kept moving — from 17th to 18th, then to 19th.Amazon’s installation charge was also quite high (₹500). Finally, I chose to assemble it on my own with local help for only ₹200, which was much better.Overall, the cycle is excellent, but the installation service is delayed and costly. If Amazon improves the installation process, this would be a 5-star experience.

Everything was good except paints were little bit gone ,no bell, brake and wheel were not syncing first..

I got a damaged cycle delivered. Raised a complaint and waited 1 whole week for a technician to visit. He checked the cycle and clearly said “Don’t worry, we’ll handle everything.”But when I contacted customer care, they shamelessly said they have no information and told me to go back to Amazon for return/replacement. So why waste my time sending a technician for false promises if in the end I have to run around myself?This is nothing but customer harassment. Zero coordination between their team, no accountability, and absolutely pathetic service. The technician says one thing, customer care says another, and I am left frustrated with a damaged product lying at home.Urban Terrain needs to stop fooling customers with empty promises. Never trusting this brand again. Highly unprofessional and misleading.

Overall, the product is good; however, the cycle arrived with multiple scratches that appear to have been present prior to packaging, despite the seemingly secure packing. The included tools are of poor quality and were incompatible for assembling the pedals. Additionally, the tire's air valve had issues, requiring a visit to a repair shop. The assembly instructions were unclear, and the video tutorial did not correspond accurately with the components provided.
