Alright in every respect except when you change a bulb. Fiddly wire had broken inside. In the end we threw the whole thing away. I have a new one ok.I have a 3 rd one where 2 bulbs have gone . That is in the bedroom on one bar.

Terrific delivery from Amazon, however the video demonstration is obviously using a new product not one that has been exposed to heat. Video shows simply pulling the tube out, not the case when the terminals are seized at both ends. There is also a flexible circular piece of metal which forms part of the opening which needs to be flattened to extricate and also repositioned after insertion. Element life very disappointing.

Do not buy these they are not suitable for the slim belaco halogen heater they are too long and this is the one that shows up for that specific heater don’t waste money and time you will end up having to return for refund just buy a new heater because you can’t get replacements for this model BHH26

Fire comes with 3 spare bars, so now have 6. Good fire manufacturers recognises halogen bars don't last.

Excellent product ,fairly easy to fit, just remember to order the correct size, there are various sizes so measure your old tube before ordering.

Easy to fit great value for the money

Unfortunate to be forced to order replacement tubes for a heater I have had for only a few months - the original tubes lasted a very short time, with two of them blowing [for no apparent reason].Replacing the tubes is not a task for the faint-hearted: removing the heater-based terminal from the tube is very difficult, and pulling on the wire from the heater to the bulb resulted in the metal terminal being ripped from the glass tube. Replacing the blown tube necessitates the terminal on the wire attached to the heater to be prised open before it can be removed from the tube termina - not an easy task.l Design needs looking into.
