Can you use on maple ?

Most maple fingerboards are finished. This should not be used on a finished fingerboard and is not necessary.Generally only used for rosewood and ebony.

Why is mine clear I received??

What are the ingredients?

They don't really say but expect it contains lem oil plus something to remove the build up of body oils and dirt. I use this sparingly every time I change strings.

Is it ok to use this product to clean and then lemon oil to moisturize the fretboard or there no reason to it?

Get a cleaner, let fretboard dry, and don't overdo it. Use this or lemon oil to condition/moisturize and not both.

Good product

I bought this because most fretboard conditioners I have seen have lemon in them and my fiancé has a citrus allergy. This stuff works great and hydrate the fretboard very well.

Works, just don’t store on side

Gets the job done. Doesn’t take much so the bottle will last quite a while. Don’t store on the side….the cap does not seal tightly. Otherwise a great product.

Really woke up a 50-year-old rosewood fretboard

I bought it because I'm working on an old Japanese Beatle bass copy that a friend had left for dead. I managed to get the neck straightened out and untwisted so I thought I would oil the fretboard. I've given three treatments with this so far. The first one pretty much just pulled off 50 years of crud. The towel was black at every spot that I rubbed it. The second one was still shedding some crud but starting to get a little bit of shine. The third treatment made it look great. I'm generally fairly sensitive to petroleum odors but didn't notice anything bad as I was using this. Highly recommended.

Incredible product

I recently bought a Squier Sonic Stratocaster and when delivered the fret board was REALLY dry. I tried a few of my standard oils/products and the improvement was only temporary and started drying out quickly and fading. Bought this product and it instantly fixed the issues. The moisturizing effect was deep, thorough, and it brought out a rich darkness in the wood that I love. Amazing product for sure.
