A friend had already bought it before, recommended it to me, and I made the purchase, and I don't regret it. I bought it for my dad, and this vitamin supplement has been very useful.

I used to use the once a day for men the regular one so now that I just turned 50 I want to try 50+ once a day for men I recommend.

I bought these about a week ago because I have Crohns disease and don't absorb nutrients well and my doctor recommended them. Normally I take gummies but the taste of gummies gets old year after year so I decided to try a pill.Well the nausea is INTENSE. Thankfully I have Zofran prescribed to me so I can just take one of those while I play around with what works best for my (ie full stomach, empty stomach, pill mid meal, pill at night, etc).So far what seems to work for me is to eat a light meal and then take the pill. At first I was taking the pill just before eating since you wouldn't think it would make much difference to take the pill and then immediately swallow a bite of food but apparently it does. So eat first. Then pill.Oh and I like to take the pill in the morning since it always seems to give me energy throughout the day.Will keep updated if the nausea persists and I have to quit taking them but hopefully I've got the secret figured out now.
