No. Go with some thing like a damp rid for closets. They have a few products one is a box type thing. The other is a hanger and that will deodorize and also a trap in excess moisture.

No, these are made specifically to hang in refrigerators

It is just baking soda but sticks up in fridge out of the way

Will this stick and work in drawers and cabinets

The item has suction cups attached however it wouldn't stay on my refrigerator wall so I just lay it on a shelf. I don't know about drawers or closets as I've only used them in the fridge. They do work well there.
