Journey to the Edge of the Universe [Blu-ray] [2009] [US Import]

Saw this on the National Geographic channel and was very impressed with the format. Starting from a campfire on Earth, you are taken outwards first to the Moon and inner-planets, then the outer solar system and beyond - to the edge of the Universe, before returning to the starting point.The graphics are excellent as is the narration. All in all, a very entertaining and fact-filled look at the wonders of the Universe.

Science documentary. The film offers splendid views of outer space and the planets putting our own existence into perspective. The plot follows the journey to the edge of the universe and focuses on the Big Bang itself.

Fantastic dvd - feels like you are on a tour of the Universe. Gives a tour visually so you are not overwhelmed by the names of different galaxys, comets stars and moons. Really informative and eerily beautiful

The DVD arrived in good time and was everything I'd hoped for it to be. I bought this one because I find Sean Pertwee to be a far better narrator than Alec Baldwin.

Got this for neighbor's son,he showed it in school,very good intro to astronomy/where we are in the universe.Plus a look at how we've sent probes all around our solar system.

this dvd would not play,even the region 2 pal edition that i got wouldnt play,waste of money/time and it really is a great film what apity someone should release a pal region 2 that will play
