there is so much info out there so all i will say is they seem to be the real thing and i definitly get some bennifits from takeing them, not the best quality but not the worse ether.

Amazing supplement!
I didn't want to write a review until I was a few weeks into taking them but I've noticed a HUGE difference! I have adhd so it's hard to focus and I've managed to wake up and actually get tasks done that I've wanted too and had so much better focus, my health has even improved I was struggling with a chesty cough for months and cleared up since starting these! Highly recommend this is definitely a supplement I will be sticking too for a long time
