Very well built and nice finish

All the tools needed to install one rack is included and simple. If your intentions are a more customizable layout with multiple racks, you may needed a saw like I did. Make sure you measure and aligned each rack. The product comes with the holes pre-drilled. I paid about $900 for the racks and under $300 for the base mount wall setup. These jobs normally cost $5000 to $7000 if done by a professional contractor. You can save a tone with this product and it have a nice curve and flat wall base on each rack.

Liked it, seemed sturdy and well made / had all parts/holes etc. The package came pretty damaged, but the rack inside was not fine.Would have kept and used, but the wood had a definite visible red color hint so it didn’t fit with our decor.

Ignore any negative reviews. I delayed my purchase a month because of whiney inaccurate comments. This came with pilot holes that matched up perfectly. I did have to slightly push down on one side to get 100% even, but it just needed adjusted about 1/4”. It was no problem, and still would have been fine without the slight adjustment. The only advice I would gjve is to get larger drywall anchors. Because of the small wall I was unable to get a stud. I put in 4 heavy duty drywall anchors that can hold up to 953 lbs combined. Yes, over the top, but I like to be safe.

We purchased a set of 2. One of them were a cherry color and had damage. We replaced it for a 2nd one. That was a different color that’s shown on the website and doesn’t match. It has damage and scratches. We will not request another replacement. Very disappointed in the quality
