High Quality Flag Clips
Metal flag clips are way easier to use than plastic. They do tap on the flag pole, but I like that noise! Reminds of my fav marina. Easy install. Glad I bought the bigger ones! These seem like SS, and will be around forever!

Work great on 40' flag pole
Very sturdy and strong. Working great with two flags, a 4x6 and a 3x5 on a 40' flag pole. High winds and changing directions a lot with no issues. I would not go any smaller than these. I had some others same brand/style but were just under 2" and had a hard time with getting the flag grommets in. These are the perfect size!

I haven't put these to use yet which is why I'm not rating at 5 stars. From appearance they're virtually identical to the Wichard brand that costs like four times as much. It's hard to believe that something could cost so much less and still be the equivalent, therefore I'm not inclined to use these for critical load carrying applications . . but for general purposes aboard my boat I think that they'll do well. They seem to be a real bargain.

Easy to clip on/off
I usually use the tradition style of clips on my boat but these are easy to clip on and off. I'll see how they work during a race. I'll get a set of the next size down for lower load applications.Real 316 stainless - that's a must-have.
