my 6 grader son usually read adventure/ fantasy books. I wished he reads more of non fiction books, and bought this work book.it has lots of helpful articles and my son learns a lot from it. I am satisfied with purchasing this book.

Fantastic resource set!

This book had some good essay topics and the questions were well designed. However, it was published over ten years ago. Some of the political essays were no longer relevant and we skipped them.

Money well spent.
