Comfortable and supportive for mid-to-heavy exercise
Have been wearing this for over 20 years, must for my knee that wants to pop out during moderate to heavy exercise. It’s pretty flexible and allows you to move seamlessly, especially after 5min or so after you get used to it.

Nike Knee Brace
I tore my medial miniscus and had surgery in Dec. I still experience pain when walking. The knee brace help stabilize the patella reducing the pain without feeling cumbersome. It is small enough to fit under pants without showing.

This knee brace runs extremely small. I ordered a medium and it was too small. I then ordered a large and it was still too tight. I do not have large legs.
