I have not found anything better
I suffer badly with period cramps for 1 day every month and for ages i used heat patches that didn't stay on because they made me sweat and therefore not stick any longer etc.My mum found these one day and showed them to me and then I thought well lets give them a go. I have to say I was a little unsure at first but now, I love them. For me the patches are comfy, they stick well, they have a bit of stretch to them so they don't pull on skin and I honestly totally forgot I was wearing it, the only reminder was when I would get a menthol wiff through certain parts of my day, not something I will complain about that is for sure as I love the smell. Some months when I am struggling I rock one patch on the front and the back to help ease the pain. When it came to removing it, it was so pain free it was amazing, how they stick so well all day and then just come off when you need them do I don't know, but i'm pretty sure there is magic involved. I've also seen they haven't been so great for others but it made be due to the adhesive causing the itching issues, so maybe just have a look into that before you jump head first into them. I personally have also given my last patch in the packaging to a few work colleagues as a recommendation and they are also now in the same boat as me, so I knowEvery month my pain has become that much more manageable now and I don't struggle to get through the work day any more all thanks to a little bit of eucalyptus. For £7.99, I totally think they are worth the money as one pack can last me 3/4 months, not exactly a big expenditure when I think about the relief.

Cooling relief, easy to use, would recommend!
I’ve been trying to find something for a little while to help relieve period pains when at work/out and about. These work really well. The adhesive is really strong so no movement throughout the day - be careful when pealing the protective sections off though as it will stick to itself! The essential oils diffuse throughout the 12hrs, I personally don’t mind the smell but if you’re a bit fussier over your scent be aware of it. I found these to be cooling and calming, and definitely help me feel a little better when I’m feeling crampy..

IT IS A MUST!
I have suffered from bad periods for so many years that I am even sick due to the pain being unbearable. But since I discovered these patches I don't dread my periods how I used to. I was very apprehensive in using them as I didn't think they would help as I thought heat was the answer to painful periods therefore, how would cooling patches work? However, I have never been so surprised, the smell and sensation of them is incredible, it definitely smooths and calms down the pain making it more bearable. Whenever I am in discomfort at work, I simply put one on in the toilet and it helps me power on with my day and when I am not at work, it brings me comfort and I am able to get on with my day to day errands. Therefore, I highly recommended it as I am lost without them every month.

Pretty great, especially for my PCOS.
PROS: 1. Pain relief that works! 2. It doesn’t smell anywhere near as bad as Deep Heat would. This subtler menthol smell goes as soon as you discard the patch in the bin. 3. Incredibly discreet so you can’t see it through clothes. 4. Guilt-free usage knowing you’re not burning yourself like I’ve done many times with a hot water bottle.CONS: 1. Can be difficult to apply to skin - it’s VERY sticky, like a giant plaster. There’s certainly a knack to it. You can’t peel and restick them, so if they get stuck to themselves, you end up wasting one.

Great for period pain
I’m now on my 3rd pack of these and wouldn’t want to go through a period without them. I usually use them when the pain is intense (first few days) and find the pain relief to be immediate. It’s hard to describe but once placed on the skin you can feel a sort of coolness spread around the pad and under it. It feels like it soaks into the pain and numbs it. The smell is also wonderful and my husband often comments on how it clears his airways when he sniffs it.My period pain can be quite strong so often I take ibuprofen alongside these pads. The pad is very comforting/soothing to have on generally I’ll keep it on for the whole day or night. I wouldn’t say the numbing last this long but the scent is still there when I remove it.

Works for me!
I suffer terribly with my monthly’s and decided to try these instead of relying on my hot water bottle ( which at night is uncomfortable and if I’m out not ideal) . These patches, for me, are a game changer. They are the complete opposite to a hot water bottle and have helped me massively through the night and when I have been out and about. They last for 12 hours, I found them very easy to apply. I would take it off in the shower under running water otherwise it may be uncomfortable . Will definitely be purchasing and recommending.

Ok. Im obsessed
I was in limbo for a while when deciding whether or not to give these a try. Im not one for herbal alternative pain relief but i had heard good things and decided to give them a go.They are honestly fantastic. Easy to use, long lasting and really help with pain and discomfort. I suffer from really painful menstrual cramps and these are a huge relief. They are strongly scented which may not be plesent for all but they are more than worth it.

Left me with horribe rash for weeks
As a sufferer from adenomyosis I thought I would give these a try during the hot weather as a hot water bottle was uncomfortable. They are pretty good at relieving pain, they dont completely get rid of it but definitely make it more managable. Sadly, after I stopped using them at the end of my period I was left with a rash for about 2 weeks across my stomach from where the strips had been. I even woke up in the night on several occassions as it was burning and itching like crazy. Maybe I'm just allergic as I've seen many good reviews, but there are no ingredients in this that I have ever had a problem with in the past so quite puzzling. My only advice if this happens to you is put loads of sudocrem on and it will eventually recover, but I definitely won't be using these again. Shame because they worked quite well to soothe period pains, but ended up causing a longer lasting burning pain instead.
