Works well on healing feet
Don't expect the usual heating pad experience. Increase time to recommended amounts and frequency. Helped inflammation from injury. More expensive than heating pad but worth the money.

Not happy!
I wish I would have read all the reviews about the product designed for the feet. I have another red light therapy product which I really like and this one doesn't even begin to compare. It barely heated up when I first tried it and now in December I don't feel any heat at all despite having socks on and feet inside the pouch. After getting this I read the reviews and kept it thinking the best but now that it's cold I regret it. I read it's not like a heating pad but perhaps they ought to add a little more heat for those of us who would like to keep our feet warm in the winter. My other red light therapy has both and I am Very happy with it. The warmth helps me relax and the red light therapy helps me heal. It makes sense to have both heat and red light therapy. Why this company has not thought about that is a mystery to me. If my feet could really relax I bet the healing would increase. I do not recommend this product. I want warm feet!

It did nothing for me except cost me $$$.
I am living in the Emperor's New Clothes story. I saw many high-reviews. But I read everything and followed its instructions step-by-step. I sat with my feet firmly planted in the unit and barely felt it warm, so I took the insert out and continued for another three hours, and still nothing. If I did not know better, I would think I bought this out of a trunk while some guy was trying to draw a crowd. Bottom line? It does nothing. I did lose a few pounds, though, since the price was so high, I had to eat less for the week. Oh, and I just found out that you can not return it. I can kiss that $200.00 goodby.

Works Perfectly
Has greatly helped in relieving neuropathy pain in my feet. Love it. Seems well put together as well. Folks complaining seem to not understand what it is or how it works, or bought it for the wrong reason, or are general freaks spewing hate

TOTAL RIP-OFF!Just a regular (CHEAP) heating pad in a fancy cover.I have ordered from amazon -- and use on a daily basis -- multiple infrared heating devices, so I know what genuine infrared feels like and how it affects me. THIS IS NOT INFRARED! Only when I twisted their arm did the company agree to a refund. Not nice people to deal with! Unethical people!
