What size of shirts will it steam? My husband wears size 18

It is a present for my son for Christmas I tried it out on my blouses and it worked great they are size 20 if that’s any help

Does this have the shirt AND trouser steamer?

Yes. But I had to return mine as it failed to inflate after one use. Also your shirts have to be pretty standard for it to work. I tried some womens tops but it is not adaptable for them
