Post-Op Must-Have Waist Trainer! 👌🏽✨
After getting my tummy tuck and lipo, I knew I needed a high-quality waist trainer to help with my recovery and maintain my results — and this one is it!It’s comfortable, supportive, and unlike other latex fajas, it doesn’t fold, dig into your skin, or roll up. It has multiple rods for great structure and keeps everything nice and smooth. I always wear a cami or tank top underneath to protect my skin, and it’s worked perfectly for me.A couple of things to note: it does stretch out a little over time with regular wear, which is normal. Also, personally, I don’t like sleeping in it because it makes my back feel too arched and uncomfortable through the night. I prefer wearing it during the day and letting my body rest in the evenings.I started off with a Small and now I’m down to a 2XS, and I’ll definitely keep buying this as I continue my journey. If you’re post-op or just looking for a reliable, comfortable, and effective waist trainer, I definitely recommend giving this one a try.

It works if you’re consistent
I love this waist trainer so much I bought three!I started with the medium with the extender it comes with then the small and now I’m finally in an extra small! I like the latex one bc it’s a little stretchy but still firm. I obviously work out and it has helped reduce my pants size

Well what do you know!
Let me tell yall something from a fat person's point! When I first tried to put this on, I was afraid it wouldn't go because it wasn't giving! I immediately picked up my phone to do a return so I could get the next size up. I quickly decided against that and told myself if I can get this on without ripping it, I'm keeping it! BOOM GIRL I DID THAT!! This is going to make a great addition to my workouts. It's not uncomfortable, it doesn't hurt when I bend over or squat down, I can breathe normal, & it doesn't budge. I am a true U.S. 2X, especially my bottom half. Get it with your fine self, stay blessed. ❤️

Pay Attention to the Size Chart!
For reference, I have 42" hips and a 39" waist. I weigh anywhere between 175-179. And I ordered a 2XL, and I struggled (but managed!) to get the waist trainer on. Thank goodness for that extender because I only got to the first latch! With me wanting and progressing with weight loss, I know this'll last a while. However, it'll probably be a couple weeks before I try it again as it was much more tight than I wanted to be. Indeed, I had it on for 20 minutes, took it off, and it felt as if I did 50 crunches.Suffice to say, it would've been more comfortable (and still long lasting) if I went with the 3XL. It definitely would've been *perfect*.So, for those struggling with what size to get: measure your waist and size down four! At least, that's what makes sense to me. The instructions say to go down two or three sizes anyway; and with the extender, that'll give you the extra space you need!An amazing product. Super effective and well made. So happy I got this!

Not tight enough.
Nice and tight at the top, but SO loose below my bellybutton. The fit says I needed a medium, but I definitely need a small.

You can size down but…
Should I have gotten a medium? Probably. Am I returning the small I got? No. This isn’t my first waist trainer, but I will say this one snatched the life out of me. I’ve been losing weight the last few months thank goodness, but I have some bloat and the dreaded c-section pooch with a twist of perimenopause belly.It’s. SNUG! I could barely get the hooks closed on the first row but i got it done. It’s not uncomfortable, but you’ll def need some time to adjust. I will say that I wish it was a tad lower in the top as it does give a reverse muffin top effect with some chub I have on my back. I also have a good amount of behind and the way it rests in that area kind of makes the top of my butt look almost boxy. I’ll find a way to make it work. Overall I’m not mad at it and I’m looking forward to wearing it when I work out
