The Big Bang Theory: The Complete Series [Blu-ray]

This isn't a review of the show - you either like it already or you don't. I enjoyed the first five or six seasons when it was live on TV, but it wore out for me after that, so I never saw the last few seasons, and thought I'd give it a try now. And watching the first season again I forgot just how hilarious it was.But what impressed me is the Blu-ray set. I've got other DVD and Blu-ray sets of series, but I think this one was done the best. Some don't even allow a "play all" option, and you have to go to the menu and work to play on every single episode. Others have that, but it's for the disc.This one does "Play all" but it isn't just the disc - it will go through them all and you won't have to hit play again until you kill it to start again another day. When one disc finishes, it says to insert the next, and it automatically continues playing. I absolutely love that feature.The transfer is great - excellent video quality, and the sound is great as well. I see there are extra features but I generally don't bother with any of those until after I've finished a series so I can't attest to the quality of them.But the play all feature puts this head and shoulders above any other complete series set I've ever had. And the box itself is also outstanding. Not some really cheap thing like so many are. This one didn't have a single loose disc anywhere. The cases are solid and well built, the disc's flipping holders are in there tightly and aren't coming loose at all. There's even a booklet with the details for the episodes of each season.If you like the show, and want it on disc, this is the ONLY version to even consider. And right now it's less than the DVD set as well, so it's a steal.

The complete set of all the seasons, in a beautiful and sturdy box, with an informative booklets about all the episodes.I watch it over and over, and still laugh!

Bought this a little while ago and just finished watching. This is the best therapy laughter tool anyone will ever need. Treat yourself to many hours of laughter and smiles. Excellent to share with your friends and family

Funny, witty, and overall an all time great show

I have been wanting this series on Blu Ray for a while and now I've got it. This is not a review of the series itself. Item arrived brand new without a single blemish. All discs were included and none had a mark on them. A great deal for a great series. Will be getting the Young Sheldon set next. If I have any problems with the discs playing or other issues I will update this review. As of now very pleased.
