I'm not a vitamin nerd or expert, just a 30-something who needs to get more nutrients. LOL.These vitamins are pretty good! I like the mix of stuff in them, I definitely notice when I haven't taken one for a few days. Overall my gut health seems to be improving. They are a little large, so if you have a hard time swallowing pills, you may want something slightly smaller.As an all-in-one men's multivitamin, I'd definitely say these are a good place to start. For the cost, I have no complaints at all.They also have not interacted negatively with any medication I have been on previously, or other supplements I take sometimes (like magnesium.)

I purchased these due to a sale. At the end of the day it's just a multi-vitamin with a name that you pay a premium for. Are they worth the price paid? Yeah.. It was cheaper at the time than my local big box/dept store's generic. Is it in better than a generic? No.. (well in most cases it's not)..

i think i felt more energy and stamina. no way to prove it. maybe ill try another bottle
