Worked well
The steam want of my machine was getting clogged and sputtered steam. I followed the instructions on their YouTube video and it worked great. I just realize now that I have 3/4 products from Urnex (Cafiza for backflush, the grinder tablets, and their scoop/brush combo). I use the Cafiza on a regular basis and their brush held well. Great products from Urnex.

Works great but has no label
The product itself works fantastic. Dilute it pretty weak in a milk frothing pitcher of hot water, dip your milk steaming wand in it, wait several minutes and wipe it clean. (Rinse the inside of the wand too by blasting some steam/water). Product is fantastic and economical.My bottle didn’t come with a front label, just the back one. No big deal, I wrote what it is in sharpie, but thought it should be noted. A little strange. It didn’t fall off in the box either, it is completely missing.

Effective cleaner at a great price
This stuff is better than the Jura milk cleaner pellets, which struggled to dissolve completely or clean the milk nozzle/hose thoroughly. The bottle lasts for weeks, even when used to clean daily.

Works as advertised
I use Rinza to clean the milk carafe on my Gaggia Babila superautomatic coffee machine. I am 4 years in on this machine and, while the hubs and I don’t drink a ton of milk based coffees, this product seems to work well to clean and sanitize the milk carafe and associated tubing. The last jug I purchased lasted two years which testifies that we don’t use the milk carafe very often; mostly for “Fu-Fu” coffee drinks when grandkids are here and want a mocha latte or a hot cocoa to sip; although I’ve been drinking flat whites lately so I may need to start cleaning the carafe more often. Love how the measuring system on the bottle makes it easy to “dose” just the right amount of product. I will say that, over time, if you have a high end superautomatic machine, use quality coffee beans, proven maintenance products and religiously care for your machine, you will enjoy quality coffee drinks for years at a fraction of the price of a coffee shop.
