Excellent cleaner and definitely a value purchase. I've been using for several years on the automatic frother on my Jura coffeemaker. Hated the bother, mess, and expense of the official Jura product. Now I mix up a liter of cleaner at a time and just stick the suction hose into the liter jug then put the jug on the shelf for next time. Zero waste and I get 4-5 cleanings from a liter (60 cc of the concentrate). This works out to over 80 frother cleanings from a single liter bottle of the concentrate.

Excellent quality and worked as expected. Milk frothing even changed after cleaned with this.

It does the job of cleaning and leaves no odor.

I’m not one to write reviews and bought this product on a whim and out of frustration, because the steam wand on my espresso machine had caked milk crust that I simply couldn’t get off completely. The Rinza worked as advertised and removed the crust. I just let the wand soak for a few minutes and then wiped off the accumulated crust. It left the wand as clean as new. Highly recommended.

I use Rinza to clean the milk carafe on my Gaggia Babila superautomatic coffee machine. I am 4 years in on this machine and, while the hubs and I don’t drink a ton of milk based coffees, this product seems to work well to clean and sanitize the milk carafe and associated tubing. The last jug I purchased lasted two years which testifies that we don’t use the milk carafe very often; mostly for “Fu-Fu” coffee drinks when grandkids are here and want a mocha latte or a hot cocoa to sip; although I’ve been drinking flat whites lately so I may need to start cleaning the carafe more often. Love how the measuring system on the bottle makes it easy to “dose” just the right amount of product. I will say that, over time, if you have a high end superautomatic machine, use quality coffee beans, proven maintenance products and religiously care for your machine, you will enjoy quality coffee drinks for years at a fraction of the price of a coffee shop.

In short term use it seems like it cleans the milk system. Happy with the product. Using on Jura E8. Using original 30ml leaves a bit product unused in the conteiner, using 15-20ml per session for cleaning.

After searching different brands, narrowed down to Urnex Rinza, and happy to say it works well.
