These tablets work very well. I sleep soundly through the night. The flavor is not very strawberry in my opinion but I take one with drink and don't have to taste for very long

These do not dissolve easily, and trying to suck on them leaves a horrible taste in your mouth. You get a subtle taste of the strawberry, but the rest tastes like medicine. Trying to chew them like candy is really hard, it feels like your teeth are going to crack in half. Giving 4/5 stars for the taste and texture, but these are the only melatonin supplements that seem to work for me. I am out all night.I would recommend not taking them super late at night, at least an hour before you're ready for bed. I found myself sluggish at work the next day a couple times after taking these the night before.

My daughter loves the taste. She says they dissolve quickly in her mouth and don’t leave a weird aftertaste. She loved the gummies and wasn’t sure if she would like these but she loves them.
