Brilliant multi educational toy
This attractive and educational toy is well built, sturdy and definitely value for money. It’s a fun shape sorter, aids number, colour and shape recognition. Familiarises the concept of clocks and time to the child. Enables wonderful conversations as there are photos on base of each shape that corresponds to picture in corresponding hole shape, ie. photo of baby on the base of 12 goes with picture of milk in shape hole. Number 1 has monkey on base and he eats a banana that’s in shape hole. Absolutely great fun for a 2yr old, and enhances and promotes conversations. Also there is a threading tool and my Granddaughter spent a good hour threading each shaped bead onto thread. Great for promoting hand eye co-ordination and dexterity. Absolutely brilliant value for money and both myself and my granddaughter love this toy.I do have two suggestions, a cover to keep the numbers in place when not in use. Also a slot or hole to keep the threading tool with the clock as it will be prone to getting lost.

Grandson enjoying learning skills with this.
This was on my just 3yr old grandson's Xmas wish list. I got it sent straight to him as he lives a long way away.In the photo of him exploring it it looks of good size for his hands and the many colours are bright and bold. The toy offers lots of different learning skills both educational and motor. In the photo he was busy threading the different shaped clock numbers onto a lace. His parents find this type of toy keeps him engrossed for much longer than electronic ones, and not being plastic don't break so quickly.I can't comment on packing, etc. as I didn't see it delivered except to say I was told it arrived on time.

Good value, practical toy
This was a present for a three year old to learn to use an analogue clock but it is more than that. The clock face numbers are different shapes to be fitted into holes and this gave rise to discussions about symmetry. Also the pictures in the shape holes are significant. The quality of the wood feels very good and I expect this educational toy will still be in good condition when it is time to pass it on.

Pretty much perfect toy
Bought this for my 2 year old and another for her friends 2nd birthday and it is definitely my top 3 toys I've bought her- really well thought out design with clear images on both sides so she can identify which animal goes where and I then show her the number on the other side since she cannot recognise her numbers yet. 2 days in and she knows 4, 6 and 12. The string for threading is also great as there is a wooden stick on one side to fit in the holes on the shapes making it easier to learn the skill of threading (only slight issue was some of the holes on the shapes were a tight fit so my partner used a 6.5 mm drill bit to widen them enough. All in all a perfect product, even the packaging was lovely- thought for the price it would just be in a tatty box but it was gorgeously wrapped, ideal for a gift. I'll definitely buy jaques stuff again

Fantastic set for a child
I am so pleased with this toy which I bought for my grandson. It’s well made and colourful. He hasn’t stopped playing with it since opening it. Well worth the money I paid for it.
