Helps your stomach lining. No-flavor gelcap.
I got this as an adjuvant to a "leaky gut" treatment. Did you know, sufficient amounts of L-Glutamine helps your body keep your stomach lining strong and intact? I didn't.Being used to taking gelcaps, these are no problem for me to swallow, though larger than some- there's a trick to that.Gelcaps have a little air in them with the powder, they will float; toss one in a cup of water to test it. After imbibing a little water with the gelcap to swallow them, if you mistakenly tilt your head back, they'll float alright; to the FRONT of your mouth, making you struggle to swallow it- your tongue has to juggle it thru the water to the back of your mouth against gravity (like holding a beach ball underwater). So instead, tilt your head down forward, to make them float BACK, toward your throat. Easy peasy.It's only solid pressed pills that you can tilt your head back for.
