It works like a charm. We like this so much that I bought one for my niece, who bought one for her father. The only issue I had is that after a while by it being subject to the elements it falls down every now and then. It's an easy fix that we just fix it to the house. You can't beat this doorbell especially for the price.

Rarely do I give something 5 stars. But this one deserves it. We moved into a new apartment, and my husband bought a fancy bell with a camera which, honestly, if you are in an apartment there isn't much to see outside that you can't see through the hole in the door that is for looking outside before you open. That device also sent notifications when someone was outside the door or came to your apartment which, in a doorman building, isn't necessary. So anyway, that set-up was crazy and I don't think it even worked without wiring. So I bought this on a whim since we could barely hear door-knocks with 2 loud kids. I love it!! Super easy to set-up. Most ringtones were annoying so I stuck with the doorbell tone that rings twice which is perfect. Not too long, not too short, just right. I put it near the door outside. It is big enough that you can't miss it, and I plugged in the other one right inside the entryway. I love it!! I have had one such before provided by the building but that didn't ring sometimes. This one does. I love it! And for the price? It is amazing. I hope it lasts! Loving it so far.

I placed this in my son’s bedroom which is the furthest away from my kitchen. Now when I need him to come downstairs all I have to do is hit the button and he comes running. It has eliminated me yelling across the house.

Inexpensive and does what it is supposed to do, but every time you plug it in the volume is so loud! You have to turn it down every time, because it defaults to LOUD!

This is one of the best things I've ever invested in. I live in an apartment that had no doorbell. If you were in the other end of the house she never knew if anyone was at your door. My new doorbell lets me know when someone is here and I can hear it ring no matter where I am in the house. I highly recommend this to everyone who doesn't have a doorbell. It's waterproof and sticks by your door or on the door frame (that's where I've got mine) and the other piece plugs into an indoor outlet of your choice. We had a snowstorm parking ban and my neighbor got her car towed because they don't have a doorbell and never knew the police officer knocked on her door so she could move her car. I'll never be without a doorbell again.

This product has saved my sanity . My kids have nicknamed it the summoner.I order two . One for each kids room. And I put the switch in the kitchen cabinet ( on the other side of the house) so now instead of screaming my head off trying to get my kids to hear me calling . I just press the summoner and they come . LolIt also turned into a funny thing now at our house .Every time I press the button , my kids will come to the kitchen saying “ you rang?” LolBest purchased I have made . Not only do I not have to look like I’m a insane person constantly screaming for my kids . They have actually found it funny and respond when I do ring the bell .

Easy to use and install. Has great sound quality and able to choose between a few sound choices. I think had about 2 years before the battery died. Has good adhesive.
