THE best brisket rub we've ever tried!
My friend turned me onto this. He showed me the package at his house I didn't get a chance to try it so I got the small package to test it out. The wife can't eat spicy stuff. Even mild stuff that everyone else says isn't spicy will still bother her stomach. So I was worried about it being a bit spicy seeing as how most brisket rubs are. We were pleasantly surprised that she could tolerate it no problem AND it was THE best tasting rub we've ever had!

I bought this rub as I was looking for better flavor on my brisket. I found it here! This rub has a perfect blend of spice, coffee notes,and savory notes. It has a very fine consistency so it goes on well. I loved it so much, I just ordered another bag of it.

Take Your Brisket To The Next Level!!!
I've smoked my fair share of brisket and used many different rubs. This one is my new favorites. I rubbed my brisket the night before using a thin coat of yellow mustard to make sure it all sticks and forms a nice bark. EVERYONE loved it...not a single bite left! Will be ordering more and trying some of their other products as well. My only suggestion would be to sell the larger bags in shakers instead.

A very flavorful dry rub
Tried it rubbed onto a chuck roast that I smoked over cherry wood chunks. It produced great flavor and good bark, just what you want from any dry rub.

Oh that is so good.
Did a brisket this past Saturday. Oh that is so good. Has that great great tasting burn after every bite.I will be buying more for Christmas presents for friends and family.

I put a lot of time into my Brisket. Preparing it, dry brine, 12hrs of smoke and this rub makes it all worth it. I don't think I will ever make my own again. This is next level stuff right here. If you don't believe me, ask my friends who had two days of meat sweets from stuffing their faces.
