Five Tiny Screws!
I bought these, a choice based primarily on cost & appearance, among the array of aftermarket providers' choices. The reason for even buying them was to provide better/easier aiming of the cameras (which do come with a simple mounting device). The cameras mount easily into the front of the case, but putting the back on isn't so easy. There are five tiny self-tapping screws that mount down inside narrow tunnels in the back of the plastic. The tunnels do serve a dual purpose. First they provide something to hold the tiny screws in place while you try to screw them into front plastic. Secondly, they prevent the use of standard sized Philips head screw drivers on the tiny screws. The supplier also provides a tiny screwdriver for those tiny screws. My first complaint is that those cheap little screwdrivers don't provide enough handle width to exert enough torque to self tap the screws into the front of the case. Fortunately, I have decent sets of jeweler's & electronics screw drivers, that I had one capable of both fitting into the narrow screw well, and yet having a handle thick enough to tighten the screws down. When the batteries in my Blink XT cameras die, replacing them will be doubly difficult, because I'll need to dismount the cameras from under the eaves, deal with the five tiny screws again, then the weatherproof casing of the cameras, replace the batteries, then the mounting case, remount & re-aim the cameras.Since these cases aren't weatherproof, couldn't they just have used a "latch & catch" arrangement to make the battery replacement operation 15 or 20 minutes quicker? The screws don't make the camera more secure - a casual thief could just unscrew, by hand, the "tripod" attachment and walk off with everything in less than a minute.

Durable, waterproof case, allowing power to run my cameras
I ordered a three pack initially, for my Blink XT 5-pack of cameras. I purchased the white set, as I wanted to keep these as inconspicuous as I could on my home. I mounted them directly to my downspouts, using sheet metal screws and some rubber washers to ensure no leaking. I can't comment as to the quality of the mounting screws included with the product, as I needed something longer, and designed for sheet metal.I was pleasantly surprised to find that extra screws were provided for the cases themselves. Given the small nature of the screws, and a potential to strip these out over time, I'm glad they did that. The included screwdrivers, however, are useless. I have a much better micro screwdriver set which worked better than those included. I guess for people that don't have a small screwdriver set, this might be useful, but the one time I tried to use the included screwdriver, the base and driver part just spun under any torque at all, which is when I got my better set out.The one thing I really wish is that there were a 5-pack of these available in white. I ended up having to buy two sets of 3, for my 5 cameras. I'm pleased with the performance, and they were pretty easy to install and aim. The mounting has stayed where I set it, without having to adjust. It would have been nice if a mounting template were included to outline the holes for the base (I made my own out of an index card), but again that problem was easily remedied on my own.

Pros outweighs the cons.
By far, this the best full case protection for blink XT. Only thing is, you have to force the small screws when attaching front and Rear shell. The screw holes are not threaded therefore you have to make sure that its not loose otherwise there's a risk of the front shell falling including the camera. One of the reviews stated that you dont have much option as far the position of the camera when mounted. I found that to be untrue and all you need is common sense to set it up right and be able to move the camera position as desired. Lastly, the case is most convenient for wired setup. They designed the rear shell to have more than enough space to accommodate a power cable. The only caveat is you have to drill the hole yourself, which should be easy enough if you have a power drill. All in all, pros outweighs the cons. Level of protection is good, but the build quality could be improved hence 4 stars.

Don't buy....
Sorry but an absolute piece of junk I've had this now for almost a year and this thing just does not work. It constantly loses Wi-Fi signal either to the camera or to the router and that's without doing anything. One day, it just all of a sudden loses its signal for some reason. The next it's okay. I'm not in a big home and it's not that far away. They say the battery will last two years well that's a joke I've already replaced it twice within one year and with lithium's and I do not have the camera armed most of the time.. so when I do turn the thing on during the day when I know I'm getting packages it'll pick up a garbage truck going by across the street. So you say all you have it on too sensitive of a setting well.. then it will pick up the guy who's delivering the package BUT it picks him up basically when he's already walking under the camera... what... in the beginning at first it seemed okay I guess because it was kind of a new thing but as time has gone on this is has turned out to be a piece of junk don't waste your money.

Stay Clear of these Cases!
Thought my experience would be different than all the other negative reviews but it wasn’t. Cases would screw right 100%, left gaps and loose casing. Mount is not true 360 ball joint. Very difficult to adjust and get angling you want.I ended up returning mine however a buddy of mine got the same cases and after spendind so much time screwing holes in his siding and adjusting, he kept his. He put electrical tape around the seem but I would highly recommend I a bead of silicon caulk around the seem (in addition to the screws) and wait for it to dry before mounting them. This would help seal the case, keep it together and won’t be that difficult to peel away when batteries need to be changed.
