The patches are very wet and slimy but you can cut them off you need to it want to, to fit any section of your face.

Can you sleep with them ?

I would say no to sleeping. They’re very slippery. You could definitely lay down in them but I feel like they would slip off in your sleep

Either works, depending on how oily/dry your skin is. Mine is very dry,it so I use twice a day in the morning and before bed.
