Very impressed with this very compact charger. It’s small but holds the power. The batteries are changeable, but it only came with one. You can buy extra & just slip one out & slip another in, (in about 3 seconds). It was actually smaller than expected & fits in any pocket. (Even t-shirt front pockets like my husband always wears. It holds a charge well & last a long time. It is C to C type. It does not have a USB connector. You can however use your own c-USB charger to get power to a USB from the C battery back up. The charging connector that comes with it is C to C. Most things are going to the C though, so I’m fine with this. All in all, especially for the power in this little thing, I’m very happy with the product & price point. Why did you pick this product vs others?:I purchased this particular one for the compact size, battery changeable, & power.

I really wanted to like this product but had way too many issues with the quality. The battery used seems to be excellent quality, but the housing is flimsy. The battery came partly charged and my first step was to get the battery fully charged. I plugged in the battery to charge it up but the device seemed to constantly change between a charging mode and some other mode which I believe was delivery of power from the battery. I attempted to alter the mode based on the instructions, but it never seemed to stay in the mode I was trying to use. After no success getting the battery charged, I thought I would try and use the device to see if charging my phone would work. The battery connected to the phone came up as though it was charging but then seconds later it acted as though the battery had been disconnected. The device kept changing from charging to not charging and only stayed in each mode for seconds at a time. The cable used for charging was replaced with known good cables with no success. This battery looks pretty cool and charges things quickly over USB C. The issue that I have is that the contacts to the battery are not tight, so sometimes the battery gets disconnected if you move it around.

While somewhat cheap, this is lightweight and perfect for amusement parks or a long day out. Has a charging capacity of 5000mah and charges very fast. The portable charger is very lightweight and can easily fit in pockets and has an indicator light to check power levels. It would be even nicer if it came with an extra battery and the option to add an extra battery, but the battery swapping functionality is easy and can be done with a press of a button.
